AITRICS Inc. (“ AITRICS”, “ we”, “ us”, or “ our”) respect your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with the following privacy policy (the “ Privacy Policy”). The Privacy Policy outlines what information AITRICS may collect from users of our website insight.aitrics.com (the “ Website”), any of its subdomains, or any related sites, applications, widgets, or online services offered by AITRICS (collectively, the “ Service”), and how we collect, protect, maintain, use and disclose that information, and what choices you have about how that information is used and disclosed, as well as your rights to withdraw your consent at anytime. We hope that reading our Privacy Policy helps you understand how we manage information about you, the measures we take to protect it and your rights under this Privacy Policy.

When you use the Services, you understand that AITRICS may collect, use and disclose technical data and related information about you in various ways subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with Section 10 (Changes to This Privacy Policy). Also, please note that, unless we define a term in this Privacy Policy, all capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use. So, please make sure that you have read and understand our Terms of Use.

I. Information We Collect

We collect certain personally identifiable information (i.e., any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, an identifiable natural person meaning one natural person who can be identified, either directly or indirectly) (collectively, “ Personal Information”) you actively enter onto our online forms during registration or while using the Services. Our goals in collecting Personal Information are to provide and improve our Services, to administer your use of Services (including your User Account, if you are a User Account holder), and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Services.

• Account Information

If you create a User Account, we will collect Personal Information including your name, contact information, such as address, telephone number, or e-mail address, and your affiliation, if any. We may combine the information you submit under your User Account with information you enter later to provide a better experience and to improve the quality of our Services. We may also collect your gender, date of birth, date of the Scan, your health care provider information and other information that is not considered personally identifiable information because it cannot be used by itself to identify you. We may collect this information in order to provide you with relevant health information. We will also use this information in an aggregated, anonymized format to analyze user behavior and activity on the Website and to improve the Website.

• Cookies and Other Technology

To help us serve your needs better, we use “cookies” to store and sometimes track user non-Personal Information, such as your internet protocol (“IP”) address and click tracking. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. A website can use cookies to recognize repeat users or track web usage behavior. Cookies work by assigning a number to the user that has no meaning outside of the assigning website. Users of the Services should be aware that non-Personal Information and data may be automatically collected by virtue of the standard operation of AITRICS’s computer servers or through the use of cookies. If you do not want information to be collected through the use of cookies, your browser allows you to deny or accept the use of cookies. There may, however, be some features of the Services which require the use of cookies in order to customize the delivery of information to you.

You should be aware that AITRICS cannot control the use of cookies (or the resulting information) by third parties. The use of third party cookies is not covered by our Privacy Policy. We do not have access or control over these cookies.

We may also use web beacons to access our cookies. A web beacon is an electronic file on a Web page that allows us to count users who have visited that page and to recognize users by accessing our cookies. Further, a web beacon can be used in

HTML-formatted email to determine responses to our communications and measure their effectiveness. You can avoid web beacons by turning off HTML display and displaying only the text portion of your email.

• Information Related to Use of the Services

Our servers automatically record certain information about how a person uses our Services (we refer to this information as “ Log Data”), including both User Account holders and non-User Account holders (either, a “User”). Log Data include information such as a User’s IP address, browser type, operating system, the web page that a User was visiting before accessing our Services, the pages or features of our Services to which a User browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, search terms, the links on our Services that a User clicked on and other statistics. We use Log Data to administer the Services and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) Log Data to improve, customize and enhance our Services by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to our Users’ needs and preferences. We may also use a person’s IP address to generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how our Services are used.

• Location Information

We may collect and store information about your location by converting your IP address into a rough geo-location. We may use location information to determine whether we can provide the Services to you and/or to personalize our Services to you. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our computer server, and to administer the Website. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic data. It is not stored or linked to your personal profile information, such as name or contact information.

II. How We Use Your Information To Provide the Services

We use the information that we collect from you to provide you with the Services, support and enhance your use of the Services, allow you to evaluate your eligibility for such products or services, to monitor which features of the Services are used most and to allow us to determine which features we need to focus on improving. If you choose to provide us with Personal Information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in certain countries around the world. For clarity, no such servers are currently located within the European Union.

When you register online on the Service, you will be given the option of receiving periodic informational/promotional mail or e-mail from AITRICS. You choose whether or not to receive correspondence when you provide this information or by changing your preferences within your registration profile at any time.

We use non-Personal Information collected from users of the Services in the aggregate, so that we can improve the Services and for business and administrative purposes.

• Service-related Announcements

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.

Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

III. Our Disclosure of Your Information Aggregated Data

AITRICS may share aggregated usage and log data collected from users of the Services with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling, but such aggregated data will not include any Personal Information.

• Third Party Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our provision of the Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, provide customer support, perform Service-related services (e.g., maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Services’ features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Services are used. These third parties may have access to your Personal Information, but only to the extent needed to perform these tasks on our behalf, and we will contractually require them to protect and safeguard your Personal Information to at least the same extent that we do under this Privacy Policy. If you choose to purchase merchandise, products and/or services, on or through features on the Service, we may forward your information to third parties for services such as credit card or other payment processing, order fulfillment, credit pre-authorization, and address verification. There are also times when you provide information about yourself to us in areas of the Service that may be managed or participated in by third parties. In such cases, the information may be used by us and by such third parties, each pursuant to its own policies. While we will seek to require such third parties to follow appropriate privacy policies and will not authorize them to use this information, except for the express purpose for which it is provided, we do not bear any responsibility for any actions or policies of third parties.

• Law Enforcement

AITRICS cooperates with government and law enforcement officials, agencies and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials, agencies or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal processes (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of AITRICS or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

• Business Transfers

In the event that all or a substantial portion of the assets, business or stock of AITRICS are acquired by, merged with or transferred to another party, or in the event that AITRICS goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, your Personal Information may be one of the assets that is transferred to or acquired by the third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of AITRICS or its assets may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If any acquirer of AITRICS or its assets will use your Personal Information contrary to this Privacy Policy, you will receive prior notice.

IV. Your Choices; Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information and Preferences

We offer you choices regarding the collection, use and sharing of your Personal Information and we will respect the choices you make to the extent possible. Please note that if you decide not to provide us with the Personal Information that we request, you may not be able to access all of the features of the Services.

If your Personal Information changes, or if you no longer desire our Services, or if you wish to update your preferences to receive email or other communications from us, you may correct, delete inaccuracies, or amend your Personal Information and preferences by making the change on our user information page or by contacting us at career@aitrics.com. We will take steps to update or delete your Personal Information as soon as we can, but some of these may remain in archived/backup copies as required by law. In any case, please be aware that you are entitled to define instructions related to the further processing of your Personal Information after your death.

V. Your rights

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, you have the following rights under this Privacy Policy: You have the right to withdraw your consent to this Privacy Policy at any time. You have the right to ask us to rectify any inaccurate Personal Information of yours. You have the right to ask us to erase your Personal Information if your Personal Information becomes no longer necessary in furthering the purpose of its collection.

VI. Retention of Personal Information

We will retain your Personal Information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will retain your Personal Information for a maximum period of three (3) years after you delete your User Account. For clarity, you have the right to request that your Personal Information be removed and deleted from the Website and our servers by sending us an email at career@aitrics.com to make such request; provided, pursuant to applicable law, where it would be strictly necessary for us to retain some of your Personal Information, such Personal Information may not be completely removed and deleted and copies of only such Personal Information may continue.

VII. Security

It is our policy to protect your account information against unauthorized access or release. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet, and any information you transmit to AITRICS you do so at your own risk. We recommend that you use unique numbers, letters and special characters in your password and not disclose your password to anyone. If you do share your password or Personal Information with others, you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify AITRICS at career@aitrics.com and change your password.

In addition, we have procedures that limit AITRICS’s employees and contractors’ access to Personal Information. Only those employees and contractors with a business reason to know have access to such information. We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy through standard operating procedures, mandatory training programs, and internal policies on data privacy and corporate integrity. We take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.

VIII. Links to Other Sites

Our Services may contain links to websites and services that are owned or operated by third parties (each, a “Third-party Service”). Any Personal Information that you provide on or to a Third-party Service or that is collected by a Third-party Service is provided directly to the owner or operator of the Third-party Service and is subject to the owner’s or operator’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices and policies of any Third-party Service. To protect your Personal Information we recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of all Third-party Services that you access.

IX. Individual California Residents

California residents may choose to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes or choose to opt out of such disclosure. Our policy is not to disclose personal information collected online to a third party for directing marketing without your approval. It is important to note that this opt-out does not prohibit disclosures made for non-marketing purposes.

X. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you of those changes by posting them on the Website and to the extent possible, by sending you an email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or other notification, and we will update the “Last Revised” date to indicate when those changes will become effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. XI. International Transfer

The Service and the services upon which the Service is hosted are on servers located in secure data centers that may be located within various parts of the world, such as the Republic of Korea, United States and the EU, and such other jurisdictions from time to time (“ AITRICS Servers”).

Subject to the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, you explicitly and expressly permit and authorize the transfer of your Personal Information between the AITRICS Servers, regardless of their geographic location. You acknowledge and understand that the data protection and other laws of United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country.
