I. Information We Collect
We collect certain personally identifiable information (i.e., any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, an identifiable natural person meaning one natural person who can be identified, either directly or indirectly) (collectively, “ Personal Information”) you actively enter onto our online forms during registration or while using the Services. Our goals in collecting Personal Information are to provide and improve our Services, to administer your use of Services (including your User Account, if you are a User Account holder), and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Services.
• Account Information
If you create a User Account, we will collect Personal Information including your name, contact information, such as address, telephone number, or e-mail address, and your affiliation, if any. We may combine the information you submit under your User Account with information you enter later to provide a better experience and to improve the quality of our Services. We may also collect your gender, date of birth, date of the Scan, your health care provider information and other information that is not considered personally identifiable information because it cannot be used by itself to identify you. We may collect this information in order to provide you with relevant health information. We will also use this information in an aggregated, anonymized format to analyze user behavior and activity on the Website and to improve the Website.
• Cookies and Other Technology
We may also use web beacons to access our cookies. A web beacon is an electronic file on a Web page that allows us to count users who have visited that page and to recognize users by accessing our cookies. Further, a web beacon can be used in
HTML-formatted email to determine responses to our communications and measure their effectiveness. You can avoid web beacons by turning off HTML display and displaying only the text portion of your email.
• Information Related to Use of the Services
Our servers automatically record certain information about how a person uses our Services (we refer to this information as “ Log Data”), including both User Account holders and non-User Account holders (either, a “User”). Log Data include information such as a User’s IP address, browser type, operating system, the web page that a User was visiting before accessing our Services, the pages or features of our Services to which a User browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, search terms, the links on our Services that a User clicked on and other statistics. We use Log Data to administer the Services and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) Log Data to improve, customize and enhance our Services by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to our Users’ needs and preferences. We may also use a person’s IP address to generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how our Services are used.
• Location Information
We may collect and store information about your location by converting your IP address into a rough geo-location. We may use location information to determine whether we can provide the Services to you and/or to personalize our Services to you. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our computer server, and to administer the Website. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic data. It is not stored or linked to your personal profile information, such as name or contact information.
II. How We Use Your Information To Provide the Services
We use the information that we collect from you to provide you with the Services, support and enhance your use of the Services, allow you to evaluate your eligibility for such products or services, to monitor which features of the Services are used most and to allow us to determine which features we need to focus on improving. If you choose to provide us with Personal Information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in certain countries around the world. For clarity, no such servers are currently located within the European Union.
When you register online on the Service, you will be given the option of receiving periodic informational/promotional mail or e-mail from AITRICS. You choose whether or not to receive correspondence when you provide this information or by changing your preferences within your registration profile at any time.
We use non-Personal Information collected from users of the Services in the aggregate, so that we can improve the Services and for business and administrative purposes.
• Service-related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.
Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
III. Our Disclosure of Your Information Aggregated Data
AITRICS may share aggregated usage and log data collected from users of the Services with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling, but such aggregated data will not include any Personal Information.
• Third Party Service Providers
• Law Enforcement
AITRICS cooperates with government and law enforcement officials, agencies and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. • Business Transfers
IV. Your Choices; Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information and Preferences
We offer you choices regarding the collection, use and sharing of your Personal Information and we will respect the choices you make to the extent possible. Please note that if you decide not to provide us with the Personal Information that we request, you may not be able to access all of the features of the Services.
If your Personal Information changes, or if you no longer desire our Services, or if you wish to update your preferences to receive email or other communications from us, you may correct, delete inaccuracies, or amend your Personal Information and preferences by making the change on our user information page or by contacting us at email@example.com. We will take steps to update or delete your Personal Information as soon as we can, but some of these may remain in archived/backup copies as required by law. In any case, please be aware that you are entitled to define instructions related to the further processing of your Personal Information after your death.

If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify AITRICS at firstname.lastname@example.org and change your password.
In addition, we have procedures that limit AITRICS’s employees and contractors’ access to Personal Information. Only those employees and contractors with a business reason to know have access to such information. We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy through standard operating procedures, mandatory training programs, and internal policies on data privacy and corporate integrity.
