AITRICS to Participate in HIMSS22 APAC

AITRICS (CEO Kwang joon Kim, Jin-gyu Yoo), a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) technology, announced on the 28th they participated in HIMSS Asia-Pacific 2022 (HIMSS22 APAC, Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society Asia-Pacific) to be held in Bali from September 26 to September 29.
'HIMSS22 APAC' is an Asian version of HIMSS USA, which offers a glimpse into the latest trends in medical IT technology, from medical IT solutions to digital healthcare solutions that combine AI and big data.
At this exhibition booth, AITRICS introduced 'AITRICS-VC(hereinafter referred to as VitalCare)', a solution for early prediction of emergency situations in hospitals. VitalCare is an AI monitoring solution that predicts the risk of death within 6 hours of intensive care patients, death within 6 hours of general ward patients, unexpected intensive care units, cardiac arrest, and sepsis within 4 hours based on 6 biological signals, 11 hematological tests, and other patient information. AITRICS has promoted the business performance by delivering the advantages of VitalCare at business meetings with potential customers from overseas through the exhibition booth.
Ji-hyuk Hong, Manager of Business Development said "It is an honor for AITRICS to participate in HIMSS22 APAC following HIMSS USA in March". And he added, "Based on the results of a confirmed clinical trial that proved its superior performance, AITRICS is currently undergoing simultaneous evaluation of the approval of MFDS, reimbursement, and new health technology assessment, and FDA approval is also underway. AITRICS will continue to contribute to the development of solutions that can innovate the medical industry through various research and development."
Meanwhile, AITRICS is making efforts to expand diseases and wards to upgrade VitalCare, and plans to enter overseas markets in earnest with the aim of approval of the FDA in the second half of this year.
